· Apr 27, 2013 · Hi have a IT28f cat loader and the throttle is sticking on .I am trying to remove the cable for checking but am haveing trouble removeing the throttle pedal from the throttle body to free the cable under the floor of the cab as the shaft is difficult to remove to free the pedal.Also if the cable is sticking can I lube the cable. thanks Dave.
